kinkai: It's a yearly festival set up each year by those at the TP Inc. branch of JT Inc. It's the big five year anniversery of the convention this July, so watch out for incredible information to be released online the week or so after. Eris: Pretty much ya. But it also helps add some variety to what material is at the festival.
